Every year during the Chinese New Year celebrations at Chinatown in Chamblee, we shared our family’s cherished Taiwanese Chicken Nuggets and Crispy Chicken Cutlets—a recipe and tradition passed down through generations. As word of our chicken spread and demand grew, we realized it was time to take the next step.
That passion and community support inspired us to open our very first takeaway store, allowing us to bring our family’s flavors to even more people every day. Since then, our mission has remained the same: to share the authentic taste of Taiwan with a modern twist.
To maintain that authenticity, we personally travel back to Taiwan, exploring local markets and hand-selecting traditional spices, herbs, and teas.
